I am always amazed when the traffic reporter shows videos of cars driving on ice-covered highway overpasses (for instance: The High 5 in Dallas). I watched one lonely car creeping along about 5 mph on the highest ramp in Dallas. Is it just a challenge; a dare? What? If you know the weather conditions and you'd have to be an idiot not to, why would you use the ice-caked ramps?
Are you looking for insurance money? Are you trying to kill yourself? Do you think others will see you on tv and say, "Hey, I saw you trying to go over the 75 Ramp today. Cool!"
If you can go around and avoid the "highest point", why don't you?
